Deposits

How can I deposit funds?

Deposits can be made with all major debit / credit cards. Simply login to your trading account and click on Add Funds in the top right corner and follow the fast and easy process.

What is the minimum deposit?

The minimum deposit at Tradeplus is $50.

Do I have to deposit in order to register?

No, you can register for free and even use the practice trading mode without making any deposits.

Withdrawals

How can I withdraw my funds?

Log in to your account and go to ‘My Account’ and click ‘Withdrawals’; enter the amount and click the ‘Request Withdrawal’ button. The first time you request a withdrawal, you will need to complete a security verification process.

Is there a withdrawal fee?

The only fees are bank charges for wire withdrawals and commissions for currency conversion if required; these are fees charged by the banks. Tradeplus does not charge any additional fees or commissions over and above this.

How long does it take to get my withdrawal?

Withdrawals to credit cards are generally processed and in your account within 24-48 hours. Wire transfers can take up to 7 business days to reflect in your bank account.

Who can I speak with regarding my withdrawal request?

If you have any questions regarding withdrawals, simply send an email to customer support: support@tradeplus.com and one of our helpful team members will get back to you.

Trading

When can I trade?

There are options available to trade 24/5. However because global markets are closed at various times, there may be instances where there are no options available, this typically occurs over the weekends.

Do I have to download any software in order to trade?

No, the Tradeplus platform is 100% web based so there is no need to download or install any software. Open any of the major web browsers and visit: www.tradeplus.com. We do offer a downloadable interface for clients who prefer that. If you want to trade on your mobile device, we recommend downloading our App, available for free from Google Play and Apple iTunes.

Can I get a demo/practice account?

Yes you can. Simply register an account and start practicing your binary options trading.

Does it cost anything to trade?

Besides the funds you wish to invest, Tradeplus does not charge any fees or commissions.

What is your bonus policy?

Tradeplus offers a generous loyalty program which includes various incentives. The more turnover or trades you make, the more incentives and bonuses you’ll receive. After making your first deposit, we'll automatically give you an extra $50 FREE in your account.

Why can't I see a particular asset on the platform?

Asset availability depends on various global markets and exchanges, as well as market liquidity. Some assets may not be available when certain markets are closed or the liquidity is limited. Please be sure to try again at a different time if you do not see a particular asset available.

What is the minimum amount required to buy an option?

The minimum investment amount on a single trade is $10

Do you offer managed accounts?

Tradeplus does not offer managed accounts. Tradeplus was designed to be super user friendly so that anyone could start trading and even offers a free demo account where you can build your skills and test out new new strategies with no risk.

All trading is in USD.

Where can I update my personal details?

Should you need to update any info, log into your account, click on your name in the upper menu, and then on ‘My Account‘ and from the menu on your dashboard choose 'Account details' to make any updates.

Do you charge any commissions?

No, there are no fees or commissions charged by Tradeplus.

Compliance

Why do I need to send documents?

Tradeplus is fully committed to international AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policies and KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations. This means that we need to verify the identity of all of our clients. This process is essential to keeping your funds and account secure.

Do you pay taxes on my profits?

Tradeplus does not deduct any taxes. It's recommended to check with local tax authorities regarding your tax obligations.
